  • Prepare and present comprehensive inspection reports.

  • Monitor ongoing construction projects for compliance.
  • Advise on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend training sessions for continuous professional development.
  • Engage with clients to address queries related to inspection findings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Certification as a commercial inspector is preferred
  • Inspection Tools Proficient in using various inspection tools and software.
  • Project Management Experienced in managing inspection projects and timelines.
  • Analytical Skills Exceptional ability to analyze and resolve safety issues.
  • Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication for reporting.
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
  • CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience working in a regulatory agency or government department: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
