Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction and Building Inspector to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties, identifying potential safety hazards and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role is vital in maintaining high construction standards and enhancing property safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections of buildings and construction sites.
  • Assess structural integrity and safety compliance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Monitor ongoing construction projects for compliance.
  • Advise on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend training sessions for continuous professional development.
  • Engage with clients to address queries related to inspection findings.

Requirements

Education
  • HNC or HND in Construction or Building Studies
  • Additional certification in Building Surveying is advantageous
Experience
