Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Norwich store. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth while enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Motivate and develop staff to foster a positive team environment.
  • Control inventory, forecasting future product needs based on sales trends.
  • Create strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Compile store performance reports and present findings to upper management.
  • Organise in-store events to attract new customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and feedback.
  • Ensure the store is compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and display.
  • Build relationships with local businesses to drive sales.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Retail Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management roles
