Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager in Glasgow to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members.
  • Create and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of quality ingredients.
  • Assist in menu planning and design to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions securely.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
  • Advanced certification in Food Safety is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
