Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive management of services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to improve operational workflows.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Review and update hotel policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Represent the hotel at community events and engagements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience within hotel management
