Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Brighton restaurant. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction while managing staff efficiently.
Responsibilities
Direct the daily management of the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Oversee menu development activities in conjunction with the head chef.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring standards are consistently met.
Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
