Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Brighton restaurant. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction while managing staff efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily management of the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee menu development activities in conjunction with the head chef.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring standards are consistently met.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
