Job Description

We are currently seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee and manage our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and kitchen.
  • Guarantee service excellence through training and staff development.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and service standards.
  • Implement health and safety protocols in line with regulations.
  • Manage budgeting and financial aspects to ensure profitability.
  • Foster a positive environment for both customers and staff.
  • Assist in creating menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze operational data for continuous improvement.

Education
