Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Director to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will manage budgets, develop innovative menus, ensure high quality standards, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
  • Implement promotional strategies to drive revenue and guest loyalty.
  • Set and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
  • Conduct regular analyses of market trends and customer preferences.
  • Strategize to enhance the overall guest experience through service improvements.
  • Attract and retain top talent for the food and beverage department.
  • Develop initiatives to reduce food waste and improve sustainability efforts.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Enhance supplier relationships for better pricing and exclusive offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Business Management
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior food and beverage role
