Job Description

As a Spa Attendant at Luxurious Spa Retreat, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients enjoy a relaxing and comfortable experience. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms, coatroom, and dressing areas, provide exceptional customer service, and assist clients with their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of guests into the locker room and assist with any personal requests.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all common areas of the spa.
  • Educate clients about the spa services and assist them in making informed choices.
  • Promote wellness initiatives and spa products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including sanitisation procedures.
  • Create an inviting atmosphere that promotes relaxation and enjoyment for clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
  • Respond to any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or hospitality environment.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills

Certifications
  • First Aid and CPR certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in a spa or wellness centre: Prior work experience in a similar environment will be advantageous.
