Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bolton location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a proven track record in enhancing guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are met.
  • Develop training programs for staff to promote service excellence.
  • Manage hotel budgets, forecasting and monitoring revenue streams.
  • Address guest feedback effectively to improve services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance hotel promotion strategies.
  • Ensure effective adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management for hotel supplies.
  • Report to senior management on operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations

Languages
  • English: Fluent
