Elevator and Escalator Installer and Repairer

Job Description

As an Elevator and Escalator Installer and Repairer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of elevators and escalators. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and a keen understanding of the mechanistic and electrical systems involved.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled inspections on elevators and escalators.
• Install and test new elevator systems, ensuring proper functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Educate clients on the proper use and care of their elevators and escalators.
• Coordinate with other contractors and service personnel as required.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in construction or a related field

Experience

• Experience with different elevator brands and systems is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
