Job Description

As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process in the vibrant London property market. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of local real estate trends to provide expert advice and exceptional service to every client.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone and in-person meetings.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process with expertise.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
  • Assist with marketing properties through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Research and analyse market conditions and property values.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Provide feedback to clients on market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Create property listings and promotional materials.

Requirements

Education
  • National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Level 3 Award
  • Qualification in Marketing or Sales is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years in residential real estate or similar role
