Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process from concept through completion.
• Perform load calculations and structural analysis.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Review and approve project documentation and design changes.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural analysis and design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with BIM: Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology.
