Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Soup Person to join our kitchen team. The Soup Person will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of delicious soups while ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. A passion for culinary arts and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and serve a variety of soups, ensuring high quality and taste.
  • Keep the soup station clean and well-organised during operation.
  • Assist in the development of new soup recipes based on seasonal produce.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate supply levels.
  • Implement effective time management to ensure timely soup preparation.
  • Provide exemplary customer service when interacting with the dining area.
  • Participate in food safety audits and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
