Job Description

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee and improve the administrative functions of our healthcare facility in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting clinical staff to enhance patient care. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of healthcare operations and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams.
  • Manage electronic health records and patient data integrity.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • Compile operational reports for management review.
  • Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Conduct audits to assess adherence to healthcare standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in administration
