Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Skin Tanner who will administer tanning treatments and ensure high standards of client care. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about various tanning procedures and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer UV and non-UV tanning services tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Consult with clients about tanning techniques and skin care practices.
• Ensure high levels of customer service to retain and attract clients.
• Participate in salon promotional activities and events.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to stay updated in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Assist in the training of new staff members as needed.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals to enhance service offerings.
• Evaluate client feedback to improve tanning services.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in tanning or beauty therapy preferred
• Secondary education completed

Experience

• Experience in a beauty or wellness environment is beneficial

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with self-tanning products
• Sales and marketing skills

Certifications

• CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
