Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimisation, lean manufacturing, and a strong background in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control processes within production.
• Research and recommend technologies to enhance production capabilities.
• Data analysis to track production trends and suggest improvements.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in developing training programs for staff on new equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Master's degree beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Certified Lean Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
