We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimisation, lean manufacturing, and a strong background in mechanical engineering.
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor quality control processes within production.
Research and recommend technologies to enhance production capabilities.
Data analysis to track production trends and suggest improvements.
Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist in developing training programs for staff on new equipment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Master's degree beneficial
Experience
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
