Job Description

As a Clinical Research Manager at MedResearch Solutions, you will oversee clinical trials from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and high ethical standards. Your role will involve managing study protocols, coordinating staff, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection of clinical trial participants, ensuring ethical standards are met.
  • Monitor trial progress and participant safety, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize study delivery.
  • Evaluate and implement new clinical research technologies and methodologies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding study progress and results.
  • Guide and mentor junior researchers and study coordinators.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or relevant field
  • PhD in a related domain is highly desirable
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical trials, including project management
