Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Counselor, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the recovery process for clients with various challenges. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing tailored plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and design tailored rehabilitation interventions.
  • Guide clients through their recovery journey, providing emotional support.
  • Work with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Track and evaluate client progress, making necessary interventions.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance client skills.
  • Establish rapport with clients to facilitate open communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Relevant professional training or certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in supportive roles
