Job Description

As an Agent-Licensing Clerk, you will manage the licensing process for our agents. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing support throughout the licensing process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the documentation required for licensing applications.
  • Ensure timely renewals of agent licenses and certifications.
  • Assist agents in understanding compliance requirements.
  • Compile and analyse data related to licensing compliance.
  • Provide training to new staff on licensing processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
