Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will play a key role in our production team, responsible for creating high-quality food products. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the food industry. This position requires creativity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange raw materials in preparation for batch production.
  • Control batch processes to meet production goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain an understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports.
  • Aid in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document batch adjustments and recipe modifications.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Food Technology or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role within food production
