Job Description

Seeking a highly proficient DataStage Developer who is adept at creating ETL processes using IBM DataStage. You will be expected to collaborate closely with business analysts to ensure data integration meets organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ETL solutions with IBM DataStage.
  • Enhance and optimally configure the existing ETL processes for better performance.
  • Work closely with business analysts to translate data requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data validation and transformations to ensure compliant data handling.
  • Document all data integration processes and maintain procedure updates.
  • Troubleshoot issues relating to data flow and ETL automation.
  • Mentor junior developers in ETL best practices and DataStage usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • IBM DataStage certification is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with IBM DataStage or similar ETL tools.
