We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure. You'll be responsible for driving project objectives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Initiate project planning and resource allocation activities.
• Establish project milestones and track deliverables against the set timeline.
• Conduct regular meetings to review project status and align on next steps.
• Develop risk management strategies and maintain a risk register.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project goals are met.
• Evaluate project outcomes and produce lessons learned documents.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in leading projects
