Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project activities, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and implement solutions.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
• Support team development through coaching and mentoring.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration.
• Identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

• Agile Project Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
