Production Worker - Band Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Band Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that cuts, shapes, and sizes metal band and strip to specified measurements. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks and adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
• Document production data and report any anomalies to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
• Support other production roles as needed to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or apprenticeship in metalworking preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating metalworking machinery, particularly band machines.
