Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to stitch straps onto various products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sewing machines for operation by performing pre-operation checks.
• Adhere to production schedules and timelines to ensure efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training in textiles or manufacturing

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
