We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dental Care Assistant to join our growing team in Slough. In this role, you will support our dental hygienists and dentists in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with dental procedures, and ensuring a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid the dentist in various dental treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare patients for examinations, offering reassurance and support.
• Ensure all sanitisation protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in patient education regarding dental care and treatment options.
• Handle patient inquiries and respond to their needs promptly.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs in relevant subjects
• Further qualifications in dental care are an advantage.

Experience

• Experience working in a patient-facing role is an advantage.

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in managing patient appointments: Previous experience with scheduling and managing patient bookings.
