We are seeking a detail-oriented Flight Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in East Kilbride. This role involves coordinating various flight services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-flight briefing and ensure all logistics are in place.
• Develop relationships with airline partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
• Support administration activities regarding passenger bookings and changes.
• Assist in staff training and development initiatives.
• Prepare reports on flight operations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Aviation Management or related field is preferred
• Additional qualifications in customer service are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in aviation operations or related fields
