Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Process Manager to lead our finance team in Dundee. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices within financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial process transitions, ensuring staff readiness and understanding.
• Implement best practices for budgeting and forecasting.
• Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Review and enhance internal controls for financial processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the Finance Director based on data analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Act as a point of contact for financial queries and support across the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting management
