Job Description

As a Construction Scheduler at our Falkirk office, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction timelines and ensuring project deadlines are met. Your expertise will facilitate effective resource allocation and improve overall project efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create timelines that align with budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor allocation of resources across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure alignment on goals.
  • Provide scheduling training and support to junior staff.
  • Continuously seek out process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy.
  • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen delays or issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Scheduling Software

Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
