Job Description

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to join our team in Plymouth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that engage audiences and enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various platforms.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse the performance of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Manage budgets for social media advertising and track ROI.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
  • Identify and analyse social media trends to keep the brand relevant.
  • Facilitate collaborations with external partners and influencers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts
