Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Microbiology Analyst to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological tests and analyses on various samples, generating detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of microbiological tests, including identification and quantification of microorganisms.
• Implement and maintain laboratory quality control measures to ensure accurate results.
• Generate comprehensive reports on test findings and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the validation of new test methods and protocols.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments for optimal performance.
• Participate in laboratory meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Document all procedures according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
• Engage in professional development initiatives to enhance technical skills.
• Contribute actively to laboratory cleanliness and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting
