Job Description
As a Laboratory Manager, you will oversee daily operations within our dynamic laboratory environment. Your role will include managing resources, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily laboratory activities and ensure operational efficiency.
Lead staff in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Cultivate a positive team environment through effective leadership practices.
Implement strategies for improved accuracy in experimental results.
Review lab reports and ensure data integrity.
Manage the procurement of laboratory equipment and supplies.
Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to advance research initiatives.
Participate in the hiring and training of new laboratory personnel.
Conduct regular reviews of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Support the professional development of laboratory staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus
Experience
4-5 years of experience in laboratory management roles
