• Lead staff in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Review lab reports and ensure data integrity.
• Manage the procurement of laboratory equipment and supplies.

• Conduct regular reviews of laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Support the professional development of laboratory staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in laboratory management roles
