• Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
• Assist in developing emergency response plans.

• Provide guidance and support to managers on safety matters.
• Facilitate safety training and orientation for employees.
• Promote employee engagement in safety programs.
• Compile data for safety performance reports.
• Work with external agencies on safety issues when necessary.
• Implement new safety regulations and standards as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Safety management systems
• Emergency response planning

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in delivering safety training: Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions.
• ISO 45001 knowledge: Understanding of ISO 45001 standards for occupational health and safety.
