Job Description

We are looking for a School Therapist to help us foster a supportive environment for our students. With a focus on mental health, you will engage in assessing students' needs, offering counselling, and partnering with educators to implement strategies that support emotional and academic growth. Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of students to identify therapeutic needs
  • Develop and implement individual and group therapy sessions
  • Work with relevant school staff to develop behaviour plans and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy records
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on mental health and wellbeing
  • Participate in relevant meetings and professional development opportunities
