Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Postal Service Clerk who will be responsible for various tasks related to the operation of our postal services. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute mail in an efficient manner.
  • Collect outgoing mail, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Operate and troubleshoot mail processing equipment.
  • Maintain customer service, providing assistance when necessary.
  • Document mail processes and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • GCSEs or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus
Experience
  • Prior experience in postal or customer service environments is beneficial.
