• Sort and distribute mail in an efficient manner.
• Collect outgoing mail, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Operate and troubleshoot mail processing equipment.
• Maintain customer service, providing assistance when necessary.
• Document mail processes and compliance with regulations.

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
• Postal Service Clerk training or certification is advantageous
• Attention to Detail Ability to handle detailed records and ensuring accuracy.
• Basic Computer Skills Competence in using office software and mail processing equipment.
• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills Skilled in managing multiple tasks and maintaining flow.
• English (Fluent)

• Customer Service Experience: Previous roles that required high levels of customer interaction.
• Ability to Handle Physical Packages: Comfortable lifting and moving parcels up to 20kg.
