Job Responsibilities
  • Lead meetings with the logistics team to discuss operational performance.
  • Implement quality control measures for fleet operations.
  • Respond to and resolve issues related to fleet logistics effectively.
  • Monitor and report on fleet KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Innovate and introduce new logistics methods for cost savings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
  • Fleet Management Software Proficient in using fleet management software for tracking and logistics.
  • Data Analysis Expert in analysing logistics data for operational improvements.
  • Route Optimization Tools Familiar with tools for optimizing delivery routes and schedules.
  • Leadership Proven leadership skills in managing logistics teams.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • English (Fluent)
