Job Description

As an Airfield Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient running of airport services. You’ll assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, while also coordinating with ground staff to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in, boarding, and baggage services for passengers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise ground handling activities.
• Act as a point of contact for passengers in need of assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of airport facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of airport equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in airport operations or customer service roles preferred.
