Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion in our vibrant York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams and resources effectively. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery milestones.
• Assist in recruitment and training of project staff as needed.
• Utilise project management tools to track progress and report on performance.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving within project teams.
• Advocate for project goals and drive team engagement.
• Manage changes to project scope and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of quality control in deliverables.
• Lead retrospectives to reflect on successes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related discipline
• PMP or similar certification is a requirement

Experience

• 5+ years of diverse project management experience across various industries
