Job Description

As a Novelty Candy Maker, you will be responsible for creating unique and exciting candy products that capture the imagination. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting high-quality treats.

Responsibilities

• Create and innovate unique candy flavours and designs.
• Test and modify recipes based on customer feedback.
• Work alongside the Production Manager to streamline operations.
• Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process.
• Assist in training new team members on candy making procedures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal or promotional products.
• Engage in creativity sessions to brainstorm new product ideas.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements

Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in candy making is a plus.

Experience

• Some experience in the food industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Creative background
• Experience with food production software

Languages

• English: Fluent
