Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Software Development Manager who will lead a talented team of software developers. This role focuses on driving the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the technical vision and architecture for software projects, aligning with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Encourage team collaboration through code reviews and pair programming.
  • Help shape the technical skills and project management capabilities of the team.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate new technologies to enhance development processes.
  • Engage with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
  • MBA or similar degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 6+ years in software development with proven management experience
