Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Systems Planner to oversee and improve our production processes in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing and engineering principles, with the ability to design and optimise systems for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance system performance and productivity.
• Gather and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost management for production projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
• Participate in regular project meetings to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial systems planning or similar role
