Looking for an enthusiastic Audio Visual Aids Technician (AV Aids Tech) with a knack for setting up and operating AV equipment. You will be pivotal in delivering seamless presentations, liaising with clients, and enhancing the overall event experience through your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install and test audio-visual equipment ahead of events.
• Provide last-minute troubleshooting during live sessions.
• Support hybrid events with both in-person and online technologies.
• Contribute to event planning discussions to anticipate AV needs.
• Assist in training staff on AV equipment usage.
• Document all technical processes for future reference.
• Ensure the safe storage and handling of AV equipment.
• Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AV setups post-event.
• Maintain a clear communication line with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree or diploma in AV technology or IT-related fields

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant AV experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Audio editing software proficiency

Certifications
