Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Medical and Health Services Manager to oversee our hospital's insurance plans and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will liaise with insurance providers, manage patient inquiries, and maintain accurate records to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the company’s healthcare benefits programs, including medical and dental insurance.
  • Manage employee enrollment and eligibility for healthcare benefits.
  • Communicate with employees regarding their healthcare benefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide guidance on addressing healthcare benefits-related issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits of insurance and healthcare benefit processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field.
