Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our skilled healthcare team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing primary care, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients of all ages.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Advocate for patient rights and access to services.
  • Stay current with best practices in healthcare and nursing.
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing Practice or equivalent
  • Certifications in specialty areas are an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in primary care or urgent care settings

Certifications
