Job Description
The Traffic Engineer will develop and implement traffic management schemes to enhance the safety and efficiency of road networks. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to evaluate and improve traffic flow across various projects.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and implement traffic control measures.
Collaborate with various stakeholders for project success.
Conduct regular monitoring of traffic patterns and safety measures.
Provide recommendations for improvements in traffic management.
Coordinate project management activities and budgets.
Keep abreast of legislation and best practices in traffic engineering.
Conduct research and present findings to senior management.
Support the junior staff through training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
Postgraduate degree in Traffic Engineering is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in traffic engineering or related field
