Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Training Program Manager to join our dedicated team at Kingswood Education Services. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes aimed at enhancing the educational experiences of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of innovative training programmes.
  • Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Coordinate training activities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content.
  • Promote a culture of learning within the organisation.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in educational training methods.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance training offerings.
  • Manage administrative aspects of training delivery, including logistics and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or Training Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in educational program management
