Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Supervisor to oversee and manage the medical team in our healthcare facility. The Medical Supervisor will ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care and adherence to established protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a motivated medical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Create strategies for staff training and professional development.
• Ensure all medical equipment is maintained and available for use.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics.
• Act as a liaison between the medical team and administration.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure that patient feedback is considered in service development.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and respect within the healthcare team.
• Review departmental budgets and manage financial resources effectively.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure integrated care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
• Additional certifications in healthcare management would be advantageous

Experience

• Experience in managing medical teams in a similar healthcare setting.
