We are seeking a passionate Mental Health Professional to join our team in Southampton. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality mental health support to clients, contributing positively to their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health needs and identify suitable interventions.
• Develop and evaluate treatment programs tailored to individual clients.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Encourage and assist clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client care.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Participate actively in team meetings and supervision.
• Identify and manage risks to client safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nursing or related field
• Postgraduate training in Mental Health preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in counseling or therapy roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
