Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution within London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of construction projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Monitor procurement processes to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation to assess successes and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present status reports to clients and management.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management roles
