Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer Journeyman to join our dynamic team at Construction Pros Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in plastering techniques, materials, and tools, ensuring high-quality finishes for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare various surfaces for plaster application.
  • Expertly mix and apply plaster to achieve the desired smooth finish.
  • Perform repairs on existing plaster surfaces, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Work alongside other team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Follow safety regulations in all tasks undertaken.
  • Document work completed as required for project oversight.
  • Train and mentor less experienced plasterers.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide input on project developments.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid certification or apprenticeship completion in plastering or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plasterer Journeyman
